Eligibility Requirements

Application Process

1. Expression of Interest (EOI):
- Submit an online Expression of Interest detailing your business experience, proposed investment, and intent to reside in Nova Scotia.

2. Invitation to Apply:
- If your EOI is successful, you will receive an Invitation to Apply from Labour, Skills, and Immigration.

3. Submit Application:
- Once invited, submit a full application detailing your business plan, financial situation, and other required documentation.

4. Business Establishment:
- After approval, establish your business in Nova Scotia and manage it actively for at least one year.

5. Nomination for Permanent Residence:
- After operating the business for one year and meeting the program’s conditions, you may be nominated for permanent residence.
