Federal Skilled Workers

The Federal Skilled Worker Program is for economic class applicants who can easily transferred to Canadian Labour Market on the basis of their high level of education and significant work experience in any field.

Eligibility: This program is for skilled workers with foreign or Canadian work experience.
Requirements:

You must have at least one year of continuous full-time work experience (or equivalent part-time) in a skilled occupation (NOC 0, A, or B) within the last ten years.
You need to meet the minimum requirements for language ability in English or French.
You must have a certain level of education (usually assessed through an Educational Credential Assessment for foreign degrees).
You will be evaluated on various factors, including work experience, education, language proficiency, and other elements under the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS).
