Chinmay Pathak, founder/Managing Director and Senior Counsel, is a MBA graduate from charles sturt university, High Honors Graduate of Herzing College’s Immigration Practitioner Program, and a Member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants. He has been in practice since 2013, he was among few registrants listed with the former regulatory body Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council – ICCRC, and is now a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants – CICC.

As the senior advisors in Axel International immigration Services firm and having diversify practice in Business Immigration, Intra-company transfers, Federal Skilled Worker, Provincial Nominee, all kind of Sponsorship, Parents/Grandparents Super visa, Visitor Visa, Study and work permits (specialized in refusal cases) for the past 10 years, directors know things are not always very clear even though the Canadian government has put up an excellent information on website.
He takes responsibility for client’s file and well experienced for meeting tight deadline environments in Immigration Consultancy firm. He have a proven ability to communicate confidently and assertively with colleagues and external clients through engaging in actions such as liaising effectively with all levels of management.

Chinmay Pathak has professionally provided service to numbers of clients in dealing with the question of how to study & immigrate to England & Canada.  He had previous experience as College Representative in England & had provided successfully international students to colleges.  It has been personally satisfying to him when he has been able to provide a client with clear advice and information on the process of how to immigrate to Canada.  A former Deputy General Manager with Fortune 500 corporations, Chinmay oversees our staff and daily business operations.

Jiten Patel is a graduate of International Business diploma program from Seneca College, Toronto and has been a proud team member of Axel International Immigration Services since 2021. Jiten Patel has also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Sardar Patel University, V.V.Nagar, India. Before relocating to Canada, Jiten was working as Quality Assurance Analyst in a Multi-national Tax services Company. Having the opportunity, he decided to pursue his career in immigration services, so that he could assist those seeking immigration help in the best possible way and help bring families together.

Jiten is thrilled to be a part of the Axel International Immigration Services team, and enjoys his role in assisting clients in many programs such as Visitor visa, Supervisa, Student visa and Family Sponsorships. He also handles office daily operations; organize and maintain files and database of clients; and assist consultants in various applications. He is excellent in customer’s engagement and strives harder to find best possible solutions. He also believes in the client focused approach with the desirable balance of simplicity, creativity and trustworthiness.

In his spare time Jiten enjoys playing games and entertaining with friends, and travel.

Hemang Mehta is one of our RCIC who graduated from Herzing College’s Immigration Consultant Diploma Program in 2015 and has been a proud team member of Axel Immigration and practicing Immigration since 2015. Hemang has completed his Master’s from UK and Bachelors from India. Hemang is very enthusiastic about helping people to start their future in Canada and by becoming RCIC he is not only fulfilling his passion but also helping so many peoples to develop their future and life in vibrant and diverse Canada. Practicing over a period of years Hemang has gained expertise and in depth knowledge in Express Entry, Study Permit, Work Permit, Sponsorship Application, LMIA and many more. Hemang is very dedicated and always keeps client interest above anything. Hemang loves travelling when ever he get chance he explore different countries and travel to different countries to experience different culture and different food and he is also animal lover and love to explore wild life and to see animal in their own habitat.

Niharika, one of our team members, is a Computer Science graduate with a Master’s degree in Physics from DAV College in India. She moved to Canada for greener pastures in 2022. Before moving to Canada, she was a high school Physics teacher. Despite her teaching expertise, she was interested in immigration services before moving to Canada. Her inquisitiveness made her join our team in January 2023. 

At Axel International Immigration Services Inc, she is responsible for drafting supporting documents such as SOPs, filling out the forms, handling administrative minutiae that keep a client’s case going. She prepares and pull together documentation for different visa processes such as Student visa, Sponsorship applications, permanent and temporary resident visa with other team members in every immigration process from beginning to the end.  

Being optimistic and industrious she wants to give back to the community and wants to put her part in growing multicultural Diversity of Canada. In her leisure time, she prefers spending time with family, and to be creative by drawing and painting.

Jui Trivedi is an aspiring immigration consultant dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complex landscape of immigration law. With a background in English literature from Gujarat University and extensive experience volunteering with immigrant support organization, Jui brings a strong understanding of global immigration policies and a passion for advocacy to her practice.
Currently pursuing certification as a licensed immigration consultant, Jui is committed to providing personalized and informed guidance to clients seeking to achieve their immigration goals. Her focus areas include visa applications, residency permits, and family reunification. Maria’s approach is characterized by empathy, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep commitment to client success.
